  1. Bullshit. The code says 25 SCHOOL DAYS before election week. Take into account spring break and weekends, and March 4th falls within this 25 day period.

    From the 2009 Student Senate Elections Code:

    B. The schedule shall limit the following campaign activities to the prescribed timeline:
    1. Chalking. Chalking shall begin no earlier than twenty-five (25) school days prior to
    the week of the general election.

    So, I think this qualifies as slander. Which, I may add, is a serious offense.
